Dr. Leonard Lopez is a graduate of Loyola Stritch School of Medicine.

He completed his residency training in family practice at Southern Illinois University and his fellowship training Decatur Family Practice. He resides with his family in LaMoille. Associated Physicians began in 2005 and before that he was affiliated with Mendota Hospital.

Dr. Lopez is board certified in family medicine with American Board of Family Medicine.
